Slide1Today I break my false sense of security.

  • Renegotiate with my fears and possession that bring me a false sense of security.
  • Take risk.
  • Count my blessings.
  • Live in the present.

 

Meditation:

As I exhale I let go the past pain, regrets and traumas, all of it. I choose not to be attached to that anymore, and at the same time I let the light to take care of it. Now I plant a new seed with tenderness and love knowing that peace and happiness will grow. Once I open my eyes I will see just what is coming ahead. I take my mother in.
